Cancellations are accepted upto 24hours prior to your scheduled time.
A cancellation fee will apply if your appointment is cancelled with in 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
If you do not show for your scheduled appointment a full service fee will apply. This will need to be paid in full prior to booking any future appointment.
We also require a 20% deposit for all colour services.
